slwisser   Not sure how accurate the size descriptions are. This is a place right on UNCG campus, reliable private parking. Not a house converted into apartments. Private bath connected to room. Common kitchen, dining room and living room. Has roughly ten by ten locked storage outside of apartment. Has both washer/dryer and dishwasher. Compared to most places right on campus, this is a nice unit. I'd know, I've lived in several!

jeffsgurl20   i am 20 yrs old and plan on attending UNCG in the fall, if i do not attend until the spring i am still relocating to the city. i am easy to get along with, i am a not smoker/drinker and i dont party. i am looking for a roomate who is respectable and honest. who wouldnt mind my boyfriends company. i like to have fun and want a roomate who is fun but not too wild. i would probably need a room for the fall semester but that could change according to housing opportunities on campus.

I need to room to rent for about 6-8 weeks. I dont do any type of drugs including tobacco. I am a social drinker probably drinking 4 times in a year (wine coolers only) usually to celebrate a special occasion. I am a quiet person that keeps to myself but I am social. I DONT NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD OF ANY KIND.
