Hi...I am clean, considerate, friendly and responsible. I play well with others. I love to cook. I also love people and animals. I am a smoker but very considerate of others. If necessary I will confine my smoking to outdoors. I'm not a party animal, but I do enjoy having fun ( so it's ok if you like to party). Children and noise don't bother me. We are two younger female students looking to rent out one bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. We have 2 dogs, a poodle and a lhasa apso, so we are at our pet limit and cannot accept any more pets, but pet friendly is a must. Both dogs will be locked up if neither of us are home and won't become a burden. They also are non-shedding, so perfect for allergies. One of us is a smoker, however, smoking is NOT allowed in the unit, but a smoker would be fine if it is agreed that they go outside.

I have two furnished bedrooms downstairs, one bath, also a complete family room, which includes bar, pool table and storage. this is a new tri-level home. full access to kitchen which is on main level, also bathroom on main level, there is a walk out patio connnected to downstairs, walk out deck at main level, playroom in loft.

I am very easy going. Very upbeat and easy to live with. I have never been late on a payment of any bill ever. I love music but i am not too loud. i go to school in the mornings and work at night. Hardly ever home on Sundays. I have a lot of furniture and household items to contribute if needed.
