mtpoloking13   The house is in a upper-level neighborhood with friendly surroundings. It is centraly to all food joints, a mall, best buy, everything is around it, even In'N'Out burger. All utilities and appliances are included. The living room is included with couch, big screen and surround sound. Low level of partying during the week but most weekends its on unless not ok'd by any of the roommates.
