Gig   It is a very nice duplex. There is one floor pulse a basement. We already have a washer and dryer here. There is off street parking for the residents only. We have High Speed Internet and plenty of connections to go around. My roomie and I are pretty laid back so we are really easy to get along with. We are, for the most part, night owls. npcalori   This is a fully finished basement bedroom that also included a living area. I am in the process of putting in a bathroom as well. I hope to have it finished withing the next 6 months. I have two dogs, so any interested parties must love dogs.
ElkeJ   I am looking for a roommate that is easy going. The rooms are in the basement of a walkout ranch home, nice deck and fenced backyard with a hammock. I have a two stall garage, that one half could be used for parking or storage for the roommate. The house is very close to everything on the east side of town. Pets are OK, I have a beagle and birds. The laundry and kitchen facilities would be the only thing we would be sharing. The roommate has the whole walkout basement. Sunny Clean space.
dharmon18   It's a very nice place. A decent sized living room and kitchen. HUGE bedroom and a nice sized bathroom.
MalJ87   It's a really cute house, on a quiet circle, good neighborhood, 5 minutes away from Wesleyan, 10 minutes from SCC, and is super close to a direct route to UNL. There are two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living room and dining room on the first floor, and a fully finished basement with living area, laundry room, bathroom, and master bedroom. The backyard is pretty (it has a pond!) and the front yard is very neat and tidy. Not much mowing required, which would be done by me anyway.
