sdkruse   It is a two bedroom/two bathroom, walk-in closets, I added the maximum amt of rent with overestimate being abou $390 a month with everything included. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with the livingroom/kitchen in the middle! Super nice! The lease is up at the End of August 2008
rickwfsd   Looking for a roommate that is open minded and does not mind dogs. The room is in the basement and you would have the full basement to yourself. The laundry room is in the basement and i keep a freezer in the basement as well. I would imagine the living space of the downstairs is 700 - 900 sq ft. There is another bedroom that you can use for storage. There is not a cable connection down there yet but I will install one. There is a semi private entrance through the garage
