I live in a 3000 Sq foot home in Clemmons. On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. There's a large basement with a room we've turned into an office, a den, a sitting room and laundry room and fulls-size bath. Plus a garage for storage and an additional storage room. There a deck and nice yard out back. It's a great space for very little rent. It's 7 minutes from the mall and less than 15 to downtown or Wake Forest University.

Kidding! 3BR ranch with good sized front and back yards, hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), a washer and dryer set, a full-sized bathroom w/ double sink, a fireplace, an alarm system, wireless internet, and off the street parking for three cars. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood off of Polo road within easy biking distance of Wake Forest’s main campus.
