A room to rent in the Blackstone area so that I can stay close to my daughter. The construction business is a bit slow till the weather clears so I needed a place with the bills included and that costs less than renting a full apartment. Most days I am at work or visiting friends after work and on the weekends I spend time with my daughter or relax, catch up on sleep and watch TV.

The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. On a quiet St. Rtes 290, 190, 20, 9 and 90 are all within 5 mins of the apartment. On and off St. parking. There isnt a yard... it was all paved to use for parking. Plenty of storage in the basement. The apartment has washer/dryer hookups. But I dont have a washer/dryer. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, decent size living room, pantry, 1 bathroom, and storage closet in the apartment. Also a little mudd room when you first walk in. No carpets.
