Home has front living area w/formal dining table, medium size kitchen w/utility room to side & garage entrace and informal dining area, den with fp, and door to patio & backyard, 4 bedrooms: your bedroom is at front of house w/private entrance to shared bathroom w/other tenant (51 year old male). My bedroom is at back of home w/private bath, and the bedroom next to mine is my private home office which has a separate business phone line. The other bedroom belongs to other tenant.

This is an awesome 2 bed 2 bath apartment in downtown Oklahoma City. The carpet is neutral, great balcony with a north view, small clean kitchen, nice size living room. Option to add parking in the garage is optional to the lease or you can park on the street or the small small lot on the east side of the building.
