Hardwoods and tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Internet lines are run in almost all rooms in the house with a wireless router also. I already have two male roommates and would prefer to have a female move in if possible. Rent will be $600 a month with all utilities included.

There are two available rooms in the upstairs in addition to the downstairs room. The house is five minutes from Kennesaw State and just seconds from I-75 and 575. It is a residential neighborhood and I have only lived here a couple of months. I need some roommates fast, so call me if you're interested.
