The apartments are very nice and have an in-room washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, the works it's really nice. It is a 4 bedroom apartment and the roomates are super nice and down to earth. There are 2 cats but they are very sweet and the apartment is always clean and fresh. These apartments have also have a pool, tennis, vollyball, and basketball courts, plus a workout room. Its about a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from campus, and there is a bus that runs from here to campus all day

2nd Floor apt. Very Nice! Master Bedroom and Regular bedroom both with walk in closets. Large kitchen and dinning area. Need T.V. for family room because the current roommate whom is moving out is the owner of it. $345 a month for rent for just 1 person and about $100 or so for utilities, cable, and water.
