SFAGal2006   I'm pretty laid back and would like a roommate who is the same. I don't go out much anymore...occasionally I drink, so that will never be a problem! You won't have to worry about any 3 a.m. calls to come pick my drunk ass up! I have a lot of things for an apartment...couches, table, entire kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. I only ask that my roommate has respect for my things! Also, I would like someone who is not CHEAP about everything. And someone willing to compromise on expenses!!! :)

spyderupcomi   very cheap but not at all luxury apts. you must see the rooms and the closets to believe it, they are huge! You will have your own bathroom. and the place is completely furnished. If you have somethings you would like to contribute you are welcomed to but its not necessary
KaylaVinson   This is a 3 bedroom house. I am actually looking for 2 roommates, which would make the rent only $250 a month. With bills, I am not paying any more than $350- $400 a month( 3 people). There is central air and heating, wood floors, nice sized rooms. The house is very well taken care of.There are washer/dryer hook-ups in a small laundry room off of the kitchen. The master bedroom has its' own entrance connected to a screened in porch. This is off of North Pecan, walking distance to school.

jai79   I just recently finished serving in the U.S. Army and am now finishing up my las two years of college at SFA. I am 28 but still very much a kid at heart. I am responsible but fun. I love to laugh and make peolple laugh. I get along with everyone so I am not picky on the roommate. My only request is NO CATS because I am allergic! Please help a homeless undergrad out!!!!
