Very nice :-) If you like to have fun and are a positive kind of person, we will get along just fine! I have never had trouble getting along with anyone and consider myself a pretty good roommate. I look forward to hearing from you!!! You would have to pay 1/2 utilities, phone and cable and the house is furnished, minus your room so you'd need a bed :-)

Split 1/3 of utilities including electricity, water, cable, and phone (if you so choose). Deposit is due over a period of time because landlady is flexible.

The cat is nearly 4 years old and is very very sweet. The puppy is a black lab and she is already crate trained. The bird is a baby senegal parrot that isn't at all loud but likes to talk.
