Hi. In process of moving in! Just purchased a duplex and am looking for room-mate to share expenses on my side. 1,100 sf of space....College aged male preferred. In the home there are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, a large kitchen and living room, plenty of parking, a large deck off living room slider with private fenced in back yard. I am an undergrad student at URI and I am going to be working on a research project there over the summer and need a place that is still close to my parents so i can keep my second job as a bartender at the franklin country club.
