I have a two bedroom apartment in downtown Albuquerque about 10 minutes away from UNM and walking distance from restaurants, bars, clubs, and stores. The room will not be furnished and there will be some kitchen utensils and silverware there. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom of your room. Rent is 495 a month for your room and pnm is usually around $70 a monthly plus $57 for Comcast but we'll go half on those bills.
