Large, recently renovated home in private neighborhood. 2 rooms available to rent; prices vary. One room 155 sq ft with adjacent mother-in-law (stall-shower) bathroom. Other room 125 sq ft with access to full bathroom in hallway. Both rooms opposite end of house from where I spend time. Occasionally, my college kids are home with separate bedrooms. Any pets must be amenable to mine. Full access to kitchen, laundry room, private backyard. No smokers or druggies. Prefer responsible adults.
