All Utilities FREE. I do have High Speed interent and that cost will be split with all roommates. My house is decorated very well and a great place to call home. My roommates do share a bathroom right across the hall from their personal bedroom with a very nice walk-in closet. The house is an open concept with the living room and kitchen being connected with valuated ceilings. I do have an outside patio with a grill. My roommates must like animals!
