Have a room available about 10 by 10 with a decent size closet. The room is on the first floor. I live on the second floor and keep to myself. I go to bed early and wake up early on weekdays. Weekends are pretty much the same maybe a little later. I dont smoke and I dont drink. I hardly ever have people over. I have a pet cat. I'm still working on renovating the house. I have already renovated a lot. New kitchen, New bathroom, new floors, new electrical, etc.
