Seeking housemate to share living in my large two-story elegant Victorian home in Monrovia, California. It is too big to justify me living there alone. There is plenty of space to share. I am a 70 year old divorced male, full-time working professional, and am gone most weekdays into the mid-evening. The housemate would have their own large bedroom, and full access all the house and grounds. $2800 per month (could be reduced to $2000, if disposed to do some on-site clerical work for 8 hrs/wk.
