I have a 4 bedroom ranch with a walkout basement and currently have no roomates. I'm looking to rent out one of the spare bedrooms. The house is completly furnished. You only need to furnish your bedroom. They are both good sized bedrooms. I have a boxer and would consider allowing another dog in the house if you have one. I have windstream internet w/ wireless network and Dish network HD DVR w/Americas' top 250 and HBO which is all included in the rent. It's nice place for a good price.
