The unit is currently occupied by my husband and I. My husband smokes cigarettes on the patio only. We both drink socially, but don't get crazy or loud. The room has a cable connection and a standard closet. Your bathroom is considered the guest bathroom, but is rarely used by anyone else. We have two friendly dogs, a beagle and a basset hound mix. They don't bark, but do shed in common areas. Our previous roommate kept his door closed to keep them out.
