Your space could be furnished as is, or unfurnished. It comes with a private full bathroom (located upstairs) and a kitchen shared with me. I also have a in ground pool! Rent is $850 a month and includes all utilities & wifi. One pet cat could be considered. No smoking inside. Deposit of first and last months rent required
