Hi, I am a single mother of a 10-year-old. I am looking to rent one of the bathrooms from the house that I am renting right now. I am dog-sitting my son’s dog since he is in the military. I have three bedrooms and we are only using 2 of them. Laundry, dishwasher, all utilities, including cable and WiFi are included. Backyard is big and completely fenced. Neighboors are wonderful and very helpful.
