The house is a 2 story with upstairs used for PC but can be moved. Bedroom is downstairs next to the bathroom. I work during the week and for now off on weekends. Im looking for someone with a job and can keep up the rent. Im willing to knock off 1 months rent if you can fix the cealing in the bedroom, I had a slight water leak. Its not leaking now but needs work.
