Hey Everybody! I've got a pretty nice place (only 9 months old) just north of Thornton (1 exit north of highway 7). Fifteen minutes to downtown Denver, twenty-five minutes to Boulder. The room is 11'x11' and has a great view - you can even see Pikes Peak! Also has access to cable TV, cabled/wireless high speed internet, and telephone. Rent is $275 a month (utilities not included) on a month-to-month lease. As for me, I'm 24, an engineer, and a really easy-going guy.
