I'm looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in East Arlington. Very low moving costs- rent is $1000/month and there’s only a $150 security deposit. The apartment is spread out over two floors with tons of storage space in the basement and attic. There’s free laundry in the basement, ample driveway parking including a garage, two porches, and backyard. The basement has a gym area which is great for Covid times. It’s a 20 minute walk to Davis Square.
