The room is on the second floor and has a window, a closet and is carpeted. I am in the process of emptying it out and it will be open for a tour soon. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. It's a brand new house so things are clean and in good condition. The house is 30 mins away from UCCS which is where I go to school. maybe 20 minutes from PPCC. And is close to Schriever and Ft Carson. I'm not really sure what to say but ask any questions you might have.
