The bed room is unfurnished, however, it is the bigger room of the two. The fridge, washer, and dishwasher are new. The living room and dining room are jointed. My roommate is taking most of the furniture, so whoever moves in can decorate the space however, they want. The landlady only asks if the area is painted it is painted back to white before we move out. The maintenance staff is very nice and respond quickly. They landlady is also very chill.
