I am a professional woman with a small black dog. I work in Grand Junction, it's a 30 min. drive - all highway, 10 min. to Powderhorn Ski Resort, and 20 min. to the Grand Mesa. The front yard is fenced and a small dog is okay - no cats. The backyard opens up to Plateau Creek - beautiful views all around. Awesome recreational opportunities in every direction.
