I'm clean, a nonsmoker, and I mind my own business as long as bills are payed on time. I never pay late bills. I need a roommate for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in south Shreveport. An outside smoker is okay. Rent is $310 plus cable (optional) land line phone and electricity. You are looking at roughly $400 a month for your own room and bathroom and a large living room.
