Trying this for a flexible roommate first, if not leading to a sublease which will be higher rent. Nonsmoker, have cats, single female in north Austin. If you're into a studio with a shared bathroom this is it. I'm looking to save money for some personal reasons. Down to earth, I cook and clean (like a restaurant) music, pool and laundry on site, chill neighbors and bbq fire pit as well. On site parking not a far walk. Gyms, pizza, bars, convince store right around the corner.
