I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom 1 bath home in waynesboro. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The room is furnished, but that can also be removed. The rest of the house is furnished already as well. The house is 1,200 square feet, and I am the only other one living there. I have 1 dog, and would consider renting to someone with a dog on a case by case basis. I am a teacher in Staunton, and like to be social but also enjoy my personal space. All utilities are included.
