Hello! I own a home in the Riverwood Trails housing area of Florissant, MO right off Howdershell, North of the I-270. The house has excellent access to the I-270, the I-70, Lindbergh and the 370 and is in a beautiful area right next to two large parks. There are two rooms available on the main level, one hardwood floor, and the other carpet. There is a security deposit of $500 required as part of the month-to-month rental contract. Currently, none of the other rooms are occupied.
