A very unique apartment. We have 14 foot ceilings, colossal windows, each bedroom is very large, it's on the second floor of an old bank building,and the main room is split into a main area and a balcony-style room we're using as a study. We have two dogs, two cats, and a rabbit. We would prefer no more pets, but we are willing to negotiate. The main living areas are fully furnished, and we have a good-sized kitchen. The location is great: not far from UNI or Hawkeye.
