There is a sunroom with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a fireplace, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The second bathroom is in the hallway and is open for visitors to use. There are phone jacks, but no phone line in the condo. There's a small patio. There is no designated parking spot, but there are visitor parking spaces. Furniture in room can be removed
