I’m looking for a room to rent close to beach area, shops, etc. I bike everywhere so location is important. I’m currently going through a divorce so this could be a long term stay. No pets, but I do have a teenage daughter that visits from WI occasionally. Non smoker, social drinker, very clean and organized. I work remotely so I do need access to hard line for internet and a quiet space to work.
