The house is 1350 sq feet. There are two bedrooms in the basement with a common area. The side door leads directly into the basement. There is one bedroom on the main floor which is across the hall from office/study and bathroom. My room is upstairs. Living room, dining room, one bath, and an addition on the back with a wood burning stove. I'm still working on the house, but no major construction, cosmetic items.
