Washer and dryer in the unit. 2 bedroom woth one bathroom. I do have a dog but he is super friendly and goes to daycare during the day. Rental is one story with patio. Rent is 800 a month which includes water, trash, sewage and lawn care. Electric usually runs at about 80 with 1 person. I have the cheapest interest package but willing to go up if another person is added. I am super friendly and I enjoy to paint, going on hikes and being a dog mom. Apartment is in trails edge apartments.
