Hello! I have 2 rooms for rent. Both are fully furnished and have a queen size bed, large closets and blackout curtains. This is a gated community and you will have access to the clubhouse, gym, & pool. Your rent covers your room and all your utilities. I provide cleaning supplies, basic toiletries (toilet paper, towels, wash cloths), I have Wi-Fi/internet, Netflix, Paramount +, YouTube TV, & Prime Video. There are walking/jogging trails and the lake is only a couple minutes down the road.
