Hi, I’m a retired veteran, I attend UMHB and I work part time. I have a room for rent, it’s fully furnished. Faces the north; which means, it’s the coolest room in the summer and the warmest in the winter. The room has an outstanding view, a walk-in closet, and it’s own private balcony. You’d have full usage of the washer and there’s a hang line out on your balcony. Dryers available during the winter months. We also have a dishwasher fireplaceAnd another balcony. Parking is plentiful and private
