Our home consists of a Southern Living floor plan with granite counter tops, plantation shutters, vaulted ceilings, gas log fireplace, and fenced yard. Price also includes utilities, half of the garage, storage space in the attic, high speed internet, and access to all amenities inside and outside. Please be 25 or older. Deposit is $500 plus 1st & last month's rent.
