Very nice three story townhome built in sept of 2005. New community with many attractions being built this coming summer and next summer. Quiet, close to highway 10, younger to middle age community. You'll have the run of the house except for my bedroom, decorate as you please. Off street parking in the driveway, some storage, basic cable, wireless internet, no phone unless you want it. I'm gay but would prefer to have a normal drama free straight guy/girl to share my home with.
