I am looking for someone to share the spare bedroom in my townhome. The complex is on Park Ave near the Danbury Fair Mall. The complex is really nice and quiet, it also has a pool! I have a two car garage, and you would be welcome to use one half of it. I am asking for $550 a month and we would split the electric and cable 50/50. I am really easy to get along with. My idea roommate would be someone I could see my self being friends with!
