I don't subscribe to cable or dish but you could get either if you want it (there is a cable hookup in your room). Large fenced yard and covered patio. There is a bus stop and gas station at 35th Street and Central Ave which is only 3 blocks away. I would allow 1 pet. No parties/limit visitors.
