Finished basement w/bedroom & bath. Also a recreation area that is considered a common area but I rarely use it. Plenty of storage. I have 2 dogs who do not like other dogs. I am allergic to cats. I am very clean and neat but not obsessive. I get up at 4:30 am (to go to the gym) and am usually in bed by 9:00 pm. Nice large house in Westfield. I am a Compliance Analyst for a finance company and also teach fitness classes. All utilities included. Garage parking for standard size auto.
