I’m looking for 2 roommates to share a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment with a balcony with, starting this August. It's one year lease with $225 security deposit. With 3 people, the total rent plus utilities and internet would be around $320 to $350 for each person per month. The master bedroom with a bathroom is occupied by me.
