I'm not sure how long you'll be able to stay here, because my fiancee might move in sometime in 08, but we're not sure when yet. Definitely no sooner than April, but it could be much longer, or not at all. Msg me and we'll talk more about that. I don't mind pets, but the landlady charges $400 fee for each pet that comes to the place. Id like to have a dog or cat around though, so if you have an animal id be willing to go halfsies on that fee. i'm a musician, so you gotta put up w/ my noise.
