I'm looking to rent one of the bedrooms in a 3 bed/2 bath duplex. The room is 10'x12' and is currently furnished, but the furnishings can be removed, and you would have your own bathroom. No smokers, drugs, or pets allowed. There is a one-car garage that can be used to store smaller items. The backyard has a privacy fence, as well as a firepit, metal bench, and small dining set. The duplex is fully furnished and you will have full access to the washer/dryer, kitchen/dining area, and living area.
