This is a 2005 home located in a well kept HOA neighborhood with a park close by. The available room is located on the second story of this residence with is attached to a loft with game room. The second story is dedicated to this room and the loft only. I am a firefighter who is gone at least half of every month which means more private time. I have a labrador so being dog friendly is a must.
