Located in a nice area in toledo. All you would really need is a bed, room tv, computer, and a dresser. Electric bill will be split. total monthly cost is usually around 385 depending on electric. There is 1 spot to park under for our apt, but I'm using the spot. I am currently in the bigger of the 2 rooms. Located on the third (top) floor-very nice and desirable location.
