I am a former middle school music teacher looking for a 6-12 month (depending on price) lease starting in July. I am hoping to begin a thru hike of the Appalachian Trail in February or March but am hoping to stay in the Charlottesville area until then. I like being active indoors and outdoors, but am down for a beer and Tv show. I also have a wonderful and extremely well behaved dog named Bert. He is very sweet, non destructive, and very quiet. His favorite pastime is to lay around looking cute.
